Personal Training
You time. Focused 1:1 training tailored to your individual goals, needs, and personality. We will explore a variety of methods, finding the ones that work for you. I will be pushing you out of your comfort zone but without you feeling the need to compete against anyone apart from yourself.
All sessions are programmed in advance. However, a great benefit of 1:1 training enables more flexibility to adapt sessions depending on how you feel on the day. I adopt an open relationship to training. Meaning, your input is important to me and together we will create a workout plan that you are 100% happy with.
I offer a fully confidential service allowing you to feel comfortable to try new things and discuss helpful topics of conversation during sessions.

Exercising with friend or partner is an ideal way to build towards a shared goal. Sessions are built to boost motivation and fun whilst still receiving individual feedback and coaching. A mixture of both individual and joint tasks provide a nice variety to your training. Couples training offers a platform to exploring exercise in a way that you may not have tried individually.
Another great benefit of couples training is having an accountability buddy during the off days. Someone to do the homework with and most likely to discuss how evil your PT is!
Train with/against your peer to reach your desired fitness goals and bask in each others successes.
