Outdoor group exercise for all over the age of 55. This exercise session takes place outdoors in the newly renovated Sydney Gardens. It is a beautiful setting to build and/or maintain your fitness with like-minded folk in a friendly, motivating and sociable atmosphere.
The sessions focus on building your strength, fitness, mobility, balance and coordination. Which I believe are essential components to maintaining your quality of life as you age.

Tuesdays 1030 - 1130am
Fridays 12-1pm
All abilities are welcome, although I recommend having a chat prior to attending to make sure this session is the right fit for you.

Keep Fit 70+ Group Class is specifically designed to help boost your ability to perform daily tasks and activities as we age.
The group sessions have proven popular for both men and women alike, and have been devised with the following three key elements in mind:- cognitive skills training, strength building, and social interaction.
The physical benefits you may expect to see include improvements in, cardiovascular function (heart and lungs!), balance, muscle strength, reduced joint pain, and increased energy levels. If you (and/or your partner) are looking to keep/get fit and strong in a fun, supportive and sociable environment then it’s the place for you!
